Free U.S. shipping
All orders shipped to the United States with a subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping via DHL Express. The threshold is calculated before tax and after any discounts.
Additional surcharges
Quoted rates do not include fuel surcharge, peak season surcharge, or remote area surcharge. These are billed separately by the carrier and vary monthly.
Remote areas
Deliveries to remote or extended areas may incur an additional fee per shipment. You will be notified before dispatch if your address qualifies.
Customs & duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.
Tracking
All shipments include full tracking via DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
