Statutory withdrawal
If EU or UK consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Our voluntary 30-day return service is additional to these rights. A clear withdrawal statement is sufficient; prior approval is not required.
