We love seeing how you wear QAYQEY. When you share photos or videos featuring our products and tag us (for example with #QAYQEYGIRLS) or submit content to us directly, you keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, display and use it across our website, social channels and marketing materials. We will always aim to credit you when we feature your content. If you would like your content removed, just email us.
4. Counterfeit Products
QAYQEY products are sold only through our official website and channels we announce there. If you encounter a suspicious website, marketplace listing or product claiming to be QAYQEY, please report it to us at support@qayqey.com — your report helps protect our community.
5. Reporting a Copyright or IP Infringement
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to support@qayqey.com with the subject line “IP Notice”, including:
- Your name, address and contact information;
- A description of the copyrighted work or IP right you claim has been infringed;

All third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on this Site (such as payment providers and social platforms) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
