How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 6–16 business days depending on your destination. US orders arrive in about 7–12 business days; express 3–6. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full table.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. QAYQEY ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all duties and import taxes are already covered in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing extra on delivery.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.
Is there a free shipping threshold?
Yes. Free standard shipping over $59 for the US and UK, over $69 for Canada, EU core countries, Australia and New Zealand, and over $79 for the rest of the EU.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email support@qayqey.com with your order number to start a return.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Email us the size you need and we'll reserve it while your return is on its way. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window.
How do QAYQEY sizes run?
Our denim follows a retro, relaxed silhouette — true to size for the intended look, or size down for a closer fit. Check the garment measurements on our Size Guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us within 12 hours of ordering at support@qayqey.com. Once shipped, changes aren't possible, but you're still covered by our 30-day return policy.
Will I be able to customize designs in the future?
Yes! Made-to-order customization is Chapter 2 of our roadmap — pick your wash, fit and detailing. Join our newsletter to be first in line when it launches.
How should I care for my denim?
Wash cold, inside out, and only when needed — every 5–10 wears keeps the wash alive. Skip the dryer: hang dry in shade to preserve fit and color. Your denim will fade beautifully and uniquely, like the vintage pairs that inspired it.
